The Animal Health Trust (AHT) is currently carrying out crucial research into canine cancer, which is a blight on the life of our canine friends.
Zoes Journey UK is currently working hard to raise desparately needed funds to enable this research to continue. We have also agreed to provide a Direct Debit form on this website for those who wish to make a regular contribution to the research costs.
If you would like to become a regular donator, you can take advantage of the Animal Health Trust regular donation scheme by completing a Direct Debit Mandate. You can access the Direct Debit form below.
Zoes Journey UK are in no way involved in the management of the AHT Direct Debit scheme. All donations made using this method are paid direct to the AHT.
2. You must pay an amount of income tax and/or capital gains tax at least equal to the tax that the AHT and all charities and Communnity Amateur Sports Clubs (CASCs) that you donate to will reclaim on your donations in the tax year (currently 25p for each £1 you give). I understand that other taxes such as VAT and CHouncil Tax do not qualify.
3. If, in the future, your circumstances change and you no longer pay income tax and/or capital gains tax equal to the tax that the AHT reclaims, you should cancel your declaration (see note 1).
4. If you pay tax at the higher rate, you can claim further tax relief in your Self Assessment Tax Return.
5. If you are unsure whether your donations qualify for Gift Aid tax relief, please telephone the Animal Health Trust Fundraising Department on 01638 555648; or you can ask your local tax office for IR113 Gift Aid.
You can cancel a Direct Debit at any time by simply contacting your bank or building society. Written confirmation may be required. Please also notify the Animal Health Trust.
